At Bundles Of JOII we strive to provide you with the most luxurious experience. Please review or policies below to ensure your order is fulfilled with clarity and satisfaction. 

Shipping Policy:

• All ready to ship orders are shipped next day.
• All pre-orders are shipped within 5-14 business days.
• All orders are shipped via usps and come with insurance and require a signature for delivery.
  
•  Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately to ensure a timely fulfillment. With that being said changes and/ or cancellations are not allowed after submission. Please double check the details of your order before finalizing your purchase.
• Please make sure you enter the correct address including any needed info such as apartment number. Once your order is submitted this cannot be changed.  
  
• To prevent fraud your billing and shipping address must match . There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. Failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled.
• Once processing is complete, you will receive a tracking number for your order via email. Once the shipping carrier receives your package, we are no longer responsible and liable for the delivery. Please direct all questions regarding shipping to your local usps office.
