Our Policy’s

At Bundles Of Joii we strive to provide you with the most luxurious experience. Please review or policies below to ensure your order is fulfilled with clarity and satisfaction. 


Shipping Policy:

  • All ready to ship orders are shipped next day.
  • All pre-orders are shipped within 7-14 business days.
  • All orders are shipped via USPS and come with insurance and require a signature for delivery.
  •  Once an order is placed, it begins processing immediately to ensure a timely fulfillment. With that being said changes and/ or cancellations are not allowed after submission. Please double check the details of your order before finalizing your purchase.
  • Please make sure you enter the correct address including any needed info such as apartment number. Once your order is submitted this cannot be changed.  
  • To prevent fraudulent issues, your billing and shipping address must match. There are NO EXCEPTIONS to this. Failure to do so will result in your order being cancelled.
  • Once processing is complete, you will receive a tracking number for your order via email. Once the shipping carrier receives your package, we are no longer responsible and liable for the delivery. Please direct all questions regarding shipping to your local USPS office. 

Refund Policy:

  • All hair purchases are FINAL sale, no refunds or exchanges.
  • Once your order is placed, no changes can be made so please be sure all details of your order such as address are correct. 
  • Exchanges or refunds are only accepted if there is a mistake on our end. 
  • If your exchange/ refund is accepted, all hair must be returned within 7 days in its original condition and packaging. (Ties & tags must still be attached. No combing, washing, brushing, cutting, coloring, wearing, or altering the hair in any way.) Failure to do so will result in your refund/ exchange being denied.
